All orders are processed and dispached within 72 hours of being placed.

Once your order is shipped, the delivery time will depend on your location.

We always aim to deliver on time, unforeseen circumstances (like courier delay, weather disruptions or festivals) may occasionally affect the timeline. if this happens, our team will keep you updated.

At Svarasa, your satisfaction means everything to us. We take great care in preparing, packing and shipping your order so it reaches you fresh and crispy. Since our products are food items, we unfortunately cannot accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, we do understand that issues can sometimes occur, and we're here to help:

Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, or in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos.

We'll be happy to send you a replacement or offer a refund.

Wrong items received: If we shipped wrong product by mistake, we'll send you a correct one at no extra cost.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment within 7 business days.
